my awesome tutor JOHN gave us a breathing exercise to do when we have a few minutes and are feeling a bit on edge. in for seven, out for eleven. in through the nose, out through the mouth. feel your diaphragm expanding in in your tummy.
i am practicing my breathing right now due to feeling a bit on edge.
EDIT: fuck the breathing exercises... im just listening to danger days unnaturally loud. it never fails.
