my awesome tutor JOHN gave us a breathing exercise to do when we have a few minutes and are feeling a bit on edge. in for seven, out for eleven. in through the nose, out through the mouth. feel your diaphragm expanding in in your tummy.

i am practicing my breathing right now due to feeling a bit on edge.

EDIT: fuck the breathing exercises... im just listening to danger days unnaturally loud. it never fails.

This was the time I drank too much wine at the park and fell off my chair at family dinner. The photos from  this day are something else. I am a lot more refined these days...

Bad Hair, Bad Attitude

i woke up this morning and could feel my hair pointing in the opposite directions to normal hair, eg UP and OUT.

bought this album yesterday (i know... naughty) and IT IS SO BADASS. can't stop dancing around in my pants while im getting ready for the days actuvities. don't know how pleased my next door neighbors are (the boys, not the crazy angry couple) but they kept me away last night by buzzing my buzzer... two wrongs etc.
